Being involved with the development of this residential estate from inception saw us contribute to the Town Planning application, provide an expansive topographical survey for the engineering design, complete General Plans for submission and establish a control network for all survey work during the construction phase.
Attending to Town planning application in terms of Town Planning Ordinance for Township Establishment. Survey and preparation of General Plans in terms of the Land Survey Act and submission and approval of these General Plans from the Surveyor General.

Land Audit report for the investigation of a proposed township development. Preparation of application plans for submission in terms of the Planning Development Act (PDA). Topographical survey and establishment of a control network for all feature survey tasks. Beaconing of sites and preparation of General Plans in terms of the Land Survey Act. Obtaining approval of General Plans for registration in the Deeds Office.

A Land Audit report investigation into ownership, restrictive conditions of title, registered and unregistered servitudes and subdivisions was extensively prepared. Attending to a volumetric survey of existing mine dump to control monthly volumes of excavated sections of dump.
Hydrographic survey of base of existing dam wall to establish the extent of any scouring at the exterior footing of the wall. The survey was undertaken by interfacing a RTK GPS receiver with an echo sounder thereby being able to measuring the river bed of the Zambezi River while using our Real time GPS.

Shayamoya Township
With 4000 sites this was a significantly large development of a new township for which we carried out the entire Topographical survey for use in the engineering design as well as the Township layout, the establishment of a control network for the beaconing of sites as well as for construction of infrastructure. Preparation and submission of General plans was also concluded.
Survey of the centre line of the existing road from Livingstone in Zambia to Shesheke which is located at the border between Nambia and Zambia. This survey was required to establish the vertical alignment of this road for a feasibility study.
